1. Acceptance
By using PocketVault, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
PocketVault is a decentralized auction and raffle platform for trading card game collectibles on the Solana blockchain. Users bid using $VAULT tokens, and all auction proceeds are permanently burned.
3. Wallet Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security of your Solana wallet and private keys. PocketVault never requests or stores private keys. All transactions are signed client-side through your wallet extension.
4. Auctions & Bidding
Bids are final once confirmed on the Solana blockchain. Anti-snipe protection extends auctions by 2 minutes when bids are placed in the final 2 minutes. Non-winning bids may be refunded at the discretion of the platform.
5. Token Burns
All $VAULT tokens collected through auctions are permanently burned. This process is irreversible and verifiable on-chain.

PocketVault is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. This is not financial advice. Cryptocurrency and token transactions carry inherent risks. Always do your own research.
